The auction house’s description
Our Fall Estates Auction features fine art, antiques, and luxury jewelry. Highlights from Dallas-based designer, artisan, and collector Thomas Grant include a rare, large-scale Henry Dasson bronze clock, a scarce Ternisien et Dantant marquetry commode, fine lighting, and art glass. The sale also boasts a private collection of William Slaughter paintings, alongside works by G. Harvey, Robert William Wood, Manuel Garza, Andrew Peters, and many others. From Russian history expert Idris Traylor's collection comes a coveted silver salt cellar from the historic Yusupov Scandinavian Service. As always, top-tier timepieces and jewelry anchor the auction, led by Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Bvlgari, Hammerman Bros., Breitling, and Rolex. Be sure to mark your calendar for October 3, 10am CDT.
