The auction house’s description
Hollywood Estate Selections presents 624 lots spanning porcelain, fine art, entertainment memorabilia, decorative arts, music collectibles, and pop culture. A substantial selection of Royal Doulton and Wedgwood anchors the ceramics, with Bunnykins figures and wares, character pieces, jasperware, creamware, bone china, commemoratives, and tableware. Herend, Rosenthal, Coalport, Beswick, Swarovski, Waterford, and Gorham add further variety in porcelain, crystal, and decorative objects.
Art offerings range from a framed Romero Britto giclee to paintings, watercolors, serigraphs, etchings, sculpture, and historic engravings. A notable group of late 18th and early 19th century Boydell Gallery Shakespeare engravings depicts scenes from Hamlet, Macbeth, King Lear, Othello, Antony and Cleopatra, and other plays. The catalog also moves into music and theater with original cast recordings, motion picture soundtracks, sheet music, vinyl LPs, CDs, Regina music box discs, and Disney material.
Pop culture and collecting interests continue with McFarlane Toys NFL SportsPicks figures, political campaign buttons, sports memorabilia, Coca-Cola collectibles, books, posters, and promotional material. Porcelain and ceramic figures remain prominent throughout, joined by Chinese decorative pieces, folk art, glass, serving wares, and ornamental objects. From classic Wedgwood and Royal Doulton to recordings, theatrical material, sports figures, and political ephemera, Hollywood Estate Selections offers a broad cabinet of collecting interests drawn directly from the 624-lot catalog.
