Featuring part two of the Americana Collection of the late Patsy Martin of Chambersburg, PA. The Martin collection features an outstanding selection of 18th & 19th century Mid-Atlantic, Northeastern, and Midwestern country furniture and accessories with exceptional original painted surfaces including unusual cupboards, bucket benches, all types of tables, dry sinks, apothecary and spice cabinets, settles, New England homespun-upholstered fireside chairs, hanging cupboards and shelves, chests and boxes, desks, painted bowls and pantry boxes from large to small, other painted treenware, painted baskets, etc.; along with folk paintings; trade signs; a collection of 19th century splint brooms from small to large; rare lanterns and other primitive lighting; redware; early rag dolls and toys; plus more. The day will also include a large selection of American early iron and country accessories, including baskets, boxes, and early hearth articles.
