The auction house’s description

Step into The Fine Art Salon, an online fine art auction devoted to original paintings, works on paper, photography, and sculpture spanning four centuries. The collection is led by 697 paintings—from 19th-century portraiture and landscapes to mid-century modern, expressionist, and contemporary abstract works—complemented by 128 original prints, 67 photographs, 54 drawings, 36 sculptures, 31 posters, and works in collage and ephemera. Marquee names anchor the sale. Bid on Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, David Hockney, Georges Braque, Jean Cocteau, and Shepard Fairey prints and lithographs, alongside Peter Max pop canvases, Patrick Nagel and LeRoy Neiman editions, and fine art photography by Slim Aarons, Bert Stern, and Edouard Boubat. Antique highlights include an American folk art portrait attributed to Ammi Phillips, a pair of Lady and Gentleman portraits attributed to Sir William Beechey, Margaret Fitzhugh Browne's "The Mandarin Robe," and Marcel Dyf's oil of his muse. Robert Whitmore's portrait studies, Raphael Soyer's Social Realist figures, and Mexican Muralist-style oils widen the historical range, while Rosemary Rabut, Michelle Farro, Marianne Stikas, Peter Keil, and Charles Levier bring contemporary color and texture. Category highlights run to portrait oil paintings, vintage Impressionist landscapes, modernist works on paper, and signed limited edition prints. Mediums span oil on canvas, watercolor, gouache, acrylic, pastel, charcoal, etching, engraving, and silver gelatin photography, with many lots in original giltwood and antique frames. Sculpture collectors will find Brutalist bronze and American studio craft, led by Daniel Gluck's "Bust of a Man." Estimates range from $10 to $25,000, with a median low estimate of $300 and median high of $890—offering accessible entry points for new collectors and real depth for seasoned buyers hunting signed and attributed masterworks.
