All in Auction TERMS

BY PLACING A BID YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. A 20% buyers fee will be added to your final bid. BIDDING: By bidding you are entering into a binding legal contract. All bids are final and once placed cannot be retracted or removed. Neither the Auction House nor the platforms are responsible for any missed bids due to poor internet connection or failure of software. PICKUP: All items must be picked up on the specified date and time unless alternate arrangements have been made with the Auction House. Any items not removed on the pickup date (unless you've made arrangements with the auction house) will become property of the Auction House. The Auction House has the right to resell your item without issuing you a refund. SHIPPING: Shipping is available on most items. A one-time $10 handling charge will apply and covers all won items. The actual shipping cost is the buyers expense. Shipping is done through USPS and FEDEX. Items over 1000 will require signature and in some cases insurance at buyers expense. CONDITION: All items are described and photographed in detail and are sold AS IS. PAYMENTS: All payments must be made upon auction completion. For local bidders, we will accept your credit card on file with Hibid. By placing a bid you are agreeing to allow us to charge your card following the auction for the full amount of your bid and the buyers premium. Customers that require shipping and any invoices over $1,000 will be required to pay via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or bank wire transfer. You will receive an email with payment instructions following the auction. NON-PAYMENT/DECLINED CC/CHARGEBACKS: If your CC on file is declined, we will require cash at pickup or payment via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or bank wire transfer. If you file a chargeback after you receive your merchandise, a police report will be filed for the theft of the merchandise.
