Pick Up Information

### PICKUP & LOADING INFORMATION

**Please arrive prepared to transport your purchases.** We recommend bringing your own boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, blankets, or other materials needed to protect your items. Packing supplies may not be available at the pickup location.

**Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases.** This includes dismantling, carrying, moving, and loading items into your vehicle. For larger or heavier purchases, please bring enough help and any equipment you may need, including dollies, straps, tools, moving blankets, or other appropriate supplies.

**Assistance may be available for an additional fee.** Our staff may have limited availability to assist with moving or loading. Any assistance requested from our staff will be subject to a minimum $10 charge, with additional fees potentially applying based on the size, weight, and difficulty of the item. Staff assistance should not be assumed or relied upon when planning your pickup.

**Please inspect your purchases before leaving.** Local winning bidders are responsible for confirming that they have received all items listed on their invoice and that the items are in the expected condition. Purchases and invoices will be prepared for pickup when you arrive.

By accepting your purchases and completing the pickup process, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to inspect your items and confirm that your order has been received in full.
