SHIPPING INFORMATION
Yes, we can ship most items!
Shipping is provided by Ben Ladage Auctions on most items. We partner with Shipping Saint to help coordinate pickup and shipping after the auction.
After the auction, buyers will receive an email and text message through Shipping Saint with the option to select pickup or shipping.
If shipping is selected, your items will be moved to our shipping department. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive another email and text with the shipping cost and handling fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We generally select the most economical appropriate shipping method through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, while still taking care to properly package and protect your items.
Please Note:
• Shipping is available on most items.
• Large or oversized items may require pre-approval before the auction closes.
• We do not provide shipping quotes prior to the auction.
• We do not accept outside/prepaid shipping labels.
• Shipping generally begins after the scheduled auction pickup.
• Most packages are shipped within approximately 5 business days after pickup, but depending on auction volume, shipping may take up to 15 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
We always try to keep shipping costs reasonable while properly protecting your purchases.
