T.E. Scott Inc. heated water pail for pets or livestock. Features a white plastic exterior, metal interior basin, and metal rim. Label indicates origin in Indianapolis, Indiana. Measures approximately 11" dia. x 10" H. Condition: Shows heavy wear, staining, interior mineral deposits, and electrical tape repair on the power cord. Untested.
