Loading Policy:
NO LOADING EQUIPMENT OR ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE. Commercial dehumidifiers are heavy and bulky. Buyers must supply all necessary labor, hand trucks, appliance dollies, straps, ramps, and suitable transport vehicles. Staff on site cannot assist with lifting or loading.

Payment Terms:
An 18% buyer’s premium applies to all winning bids. Accepted payment methods include cash at scheduled pickup, credit card subject to a 3% processing fee (credit cards are not accepted for purchases over $2,000), Zelle, wire transfer ($20 fee), and local checks only with prior auctioneer approval. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of auction close or paid in cash at pickup prior to item removal.

Storage Terms:
A storage fee of $10 per item, per day begins immediately following the final scheduled pickup window on October 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Items remaining after the removal deadline without written approval will be deemed abandoned.
