Terms and Conditions of My Auction.
By registering for our auction, you agree to pay for all items you win and to either pick them up or arrange delivery within the specified timeframe.

If payment, pickup, or delivery arrangements are not completed within the stated deadline, your items will be considered abandoned. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.

PICK UP DATES:

There will not be any other pick-up days. If Items are not picked up in the set pickup day they will be deemed Abandon and no refund will be given.

1) All registration information the Bidder provides to the Auctioneer shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

2) All sales are in CANADIAN FUNDS ONLY. All sales are subject to a $.75 handling of the Purchase Price and payable by the Buyers. All sales, handling fee, and Buyers Premium are subject to 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). Invoices will be processed immediately after the conclusion of the auction.

3) All items are sold in an "AS IS" "WHERE IS" condition with all faults, no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. With no warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, or store credit offered after pickup, regardless of item condition or listing accuracy

4) The items have been described along with photos and each Buyer shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity and authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objections after the sale on any grounds whatsoever. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any error on conditions of items.

5) Photos with lot descriptions are to be used to act as part of the item description. We make all efforts to note any defects. Please view all photos for each item before you bid and bid accordingly. All sizes noted in description are approximate.

6) Buyer acknowledges and agrees not to retract their bids. The highest Bidder shall be the Buyer, and if any dispute arises during the sale, then the Auctioneer, may at their discretion, put the lot up again. The Auctioneer's decision is final. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.

7) Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of PAYMENT.
