Description
The family states distractor was running last year. They stated that the starter was messing up, so they always started it by shorting a screwdriver across the solenoid.
I put a screwdriver on the solenoid and it turned over about twice and the starter locked up.
The motor is not locked up and I’m going to speculate with a new starter. It will turn over.
