Description
Porcelain faience plate, French, featuring central armorial motif with blue shield bearing three white birds, flanked by griffins and surmounted by crown and fleur-de-lis. Decorative border with scalloped edge in blue, red, and white. Inscribed “CONCORDIA - SAPIS” on yellow ribbon below shield. Hand-painted with crackled glaze finish. "A" mark on base.
