Description
There is a story behind this lantern as Mikes dad John had a friend that worked at Adams & Westlake in Elkhart In. in the 50s who allowed John to aquire unissued lanterns made for the Peurto Rican Railroad. From there John knew a friend whom worked at CG Connecticut Instrument Co. whom offered to plate the Lanterns in Copper, Chrome, or Brass. Mike would turn the large ones into Lamps. (This story is inside the Lamp) So this one is a Copper plated Lantern and is 13.5"T (base to top of lantern) by 8.5" x 8.5".
