1990 Lincoln Memorial Copper Penny Uncirculated

This 1990 Lincoln Memorial cent is an uncirculated copper-plated zinc coin featuring a brilliant red luster. The obverse showcases the classic profile of Abraham Lincoln, while the reverse displays the detailed Lincoln Memorial design used before the 2009 bicentennial transition. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint with no mint mark, this specimen remains in excellent condition with sharp strikes and no signs of circulation wear. It is safely housed in a protective 2x2 cardboard flip, preserving its original mint state finish and preventing environmental toning. This is a great addition for collectors looking to complete a high-grade memorial cent series.

1990 Philadelphia Lincoln Memorial Cent Uncirculated Copper Plated Zinc

Condition: This 1990 Lincoln Memorial Cent appears to be in uncirculated condition, exhibiting a strong copper luster and sharp details on both the obverse and reverse. The coin shows no significant signs of wear, though it may have minor handling marks consistent with being stored in a 2x2 cardboard flip. The strike is well-defined, and the surfaces retain their original reddish hue. This coin was minted in Philadelphia, as evidenced by the lack of a mint mark. The metal content consists of a core of 99.2% zinc with an outer plating of pure copper. Historically, the Lincoln Memorial reverse was designed by Frank Gasparro and was used to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth. This is a standard business strike type. The coin is currently ungraded by professional services.
