Key Features: This terminal was designed for marine batteries and work with battery cables 6 through 1 gauge and meant to replace a worn or corroded battery terminal Disconnect from battery the negative(-) battery cable first, than positive(+) battery cable. Cut off worn battery cable terminal. Strip cable jacket back about half an inch to expose bare copper wire. Attach copper wire to new terminal and tighten. Re-attach to the battery positive(+) battery cable first, then the negative(-) battery cable.
