John has done our shipping for several years now and he does a great job of it.
Once you pay the "Square Invoice" that Koons auctions emails you. Your items are moved to his shipping area in our building.
Once your items are packed and ready to ship. John will email you a "Square Invoice" for shipping that is just like the "Square Invoice" Koons auctions sends you to pay your auction invoice.

Failure to pay an auction or shipping invoice will result in the buyer forfeiting items and all monies already paid. Buyer will also be banned from future auctions and that is noted in your buyer profile all auction companies can see.
