BUYER'S PREMIUM & PAYMENT:
Sliding Scale: $1.00-$2,500 = 12% , $2,501-10,000 = 8% , $10,001 and Up 5%.
Additional 3% for Credit Cards/Debit Cards

Credit cards will be billed at the conclusion of the auction, and a 3% credit card fee will be added

FOLLOWING THE AUCTION:
Winning bidders will receive both an email and text message with pickup or shipping options.
o If pickup is selected: You'll receive complete pickup instructions based on the contact info provided at registration.
o If shipping is selected: Our in-house shipping team will package your items. You'll then receive a separate invoice with total shipping and handling fees.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
o Shipping is available on most items and handled in-house via Shipping Saint.
o You'll receive an email and text to choose pickup or shipping.
o If shipping is selected, you'll get a second message with shipping/handling totals after packaging.
o We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx-always selecting the most cost-effective method.
o Allow up to 15 business days for shipping after the pickup date (most items ship within 5 business days).
o We do not ship large/heavy items unless pre-approved
