With the Temp-Tek Innovation, Therm-O-Beads offers 2 zones of temperature, a maximum side and a medium side*.Directions: Compress should be applied for 20 minutes, or as recommended by a doctor. Remove and wait at least 20 minutes. Repeat as needed. To further reduce hot or cold level, place compress in soft cloth covering before applying.For Heat Therapy: Microwave compress per the below suggested heating times and test compress temperature.
