Clown Figurine with Basketball

This is a collectible figurine depicting a clown in a playful pose, holding a small basketball and reaching for a net. The clown is dressed in a colorful costume, featuring a purple jacket over a yellow and green tunic, and distinctive blue and white shoes. The figure's facial expression is cheerful, with a red nose and painted makeup. A wooden-like prop, possibly part of a hoop or stand, is integrated into the design. The base is dark and rounded, providing stability. The overall style suggests a decorative collectible item, likely produced in the late 20th or early 21st century.
