Script by Robert Morales. Pencils by Chris Bachalo. Inks by Tim Townsend. Cover by Dave Johnson. The Sentinel of Liberty arrives at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. And he's uneasy about his surprise appointment to a secret military tribunal -- for an Iranian-born prisoner named Fernand Hedayat. Cap wonders if the deck is already stacked against the defendant before the tribunal even begins. But his concerns will have to wait...once one of the generals serving on the tribunal is murdered! Gitmo is now on red alert!
