Each item listed must meet the Reserve Price, if any, in order for it to be Sold to the Bidder. So to improve your odds of winning, increase your bid to get it above the reserve amount. The winner will be declared if the Bidder is the highest Bidder at or above the threshold Reserve Price. Please note that if you see the notice "May Have Won", it does not mean the Bidder has won unless the Reserve Price has been met. Only then is the winner declared.
