Payment Terms

All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Discount Depot does not represent any manufacturer or retailer.

Buyer’s Premium:

A 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids
The final invoice total will include the hammer price plus the 18% Buyer’s Premium, along with any applicable taxes

Accepted Payment Methods:

Credit/Debit cards on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction

High-Value Invoice Requirement:

Any invoice totaling $1000 or more must be paid via bank wire transfer only
Wire instructions will be provided immediately following the auction
Payment must be received within the stated payment deadline below

Important Payment Policies:

No in-person payments accepted
No Cash Accepted
If your card declines, you will be invoiced online and charged a $5 invoice fee
All payments must be received no later than Wednesday at 5:00 PM

Failure to Pay:

Unpaid invoices will result in a drop in your bidding score and removal from future auctions
Any non-payment or chargebacks will result in:
Permanent ban from our auctions
Report filed on your HiBid profile
Negative impact to your bidding score visible to other auctioneers

Auctioneers across the platform review bidder history, and unpaid invoices significantly reduce your chances of being approved for future auctions.
