Tim Collins Signed Watercolor "Mountain Cabin"

Original signed watercolor by Tim Collins depicting a tranquil mountain cabin beside a lake with evergreen forests and distant mountain ridges. Executed in Collins' recognizable loose watercolor style, the painting emphasizes light, atmosphere, and the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountain West. The work is professionally double matted and housed in a quality wood frame measuring approximately 24" 33".

This painting carries exceptional provenance. The reverse retains the original 1998 University of Wyoming Art Museum Miniature Show, Art Sale & Silent Auction materials, including the exhibition program, promotional brochure, the original purchase invoice showing a sale price of $750 plus $45 tax (total $795), and a presentation note reading, "For Tom: Tim Collins was one of your Outrider team baseball coaches in Laramie." The University of Wyoming Art Museum's annual Miniature Show and Art Sale was a significant fundraising event supporting museum acquisitions, exhibitions, and educational programming, making documented works from these exhibitions especially desirable.

The retained documentation establishes an unbroken ownership history dating to its original purchase at the 1998 exhibition and substantially enhances the artwork's collectability. Complete with original exhibition ephemera and purchase receipt, this is an excellent opportunity to acquire an authenticated Tim Collins watercolor with documented University of Wyoming Art Museum provenance. Frame measures approximately 24" 33". Light wear consistent with age and display.
