Description
Heavy-duty steel digging and tamping bar (also frequently called a post-hole digging bar, tamper bar, or spud bar).
Primary Functions and Features
• Dual-Ended Design: It features a wide, flat chisel or spade blade at the bottom end and a round, flat mushroom-shaped tamper head at the top.
• Chisel/Blade End: Used for breaking through hard clay, cutting through roots, or prying loose large rocks during excavation.
• Tamper End: Used to compact or "tamp" soil and gravel tightly down around fence posts, poles, or deck footings to stabilize them.
