Billhook brush axe

Brush axe (also commonly known as a brush hook, ditch bank blade, or billhook axe).

Tool Function & Anatomy
• Primary Use: It is a heavy-duty agricultural and forestry tool designed for clearing thick brush, briars, saplings, and small tree branches.
• Design: The curved, hooked blade allows the user to slice through overgrown vegetation on both the forward swing and the pull stroke. The elongated wooden axe handle provides leverage and keeps the user's hands a safe distance away from thorns and brambles.
