Payment Options & Deadlines
We offer four convenient ways to pay for your winning bids:

In-Person Credit Card: Accepted at pickup
In-Person Debit: Accepted at pickup (Please note: Visa/Mastercard Debit cards are not compatible with our payment processing system)
In-Person Cash: Exact amount only (we do not keep cash on site for change)
Important Payment Deadline: All invoices must be paid—or exact cash payment scheduled—prior to the start of the next auction.
Fees & Taxes
Buyer's Premium: A standard 16% Buyer's Premium applies to all payment methods.
HST: Applicable 13% HST is added to all invoices.
Bidding Policies & Item Conditions
Sold 'As-Is': Items are sourced from customer returns, overstock, and misguided freight. Unless specifically stated, items are uninspected and sold As-Is. Lots may have minor cosmetic flaws, missing parts, or damaged packaging—though many are brand new in the box.
Inspect In-House Photos: Retail stock photos are for reference only and may show decorative props or accessories that are not included. Always inspect our in-house photos and descriptions to confirm exactly what is included in the lot.
Estimated Retail Values: Listed retail prices are rough approximations for reference only.
"MAY HAVE WON" Status: If your account shows "MAY HAVE WON" at the close of a lot, you are the winning bidder.
Terms, Shipping & Compliance
Bids Are Final: Every bid is a binding contract. We cannot remove bids once placed, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations for buyer's remorse.
Canada-Wide Shipping Only: We ship anywhere across Canada. US shipping is currently unavailable.
Default Penalty: Unpaid invoices may result in account suspension, reporting to credit bureaus, and restrictions across other Ontario auction networks.
