Antique Steamer Trunk Suitcase

Antique Steamer Trunk Suitcase with Ornate Hardware, Vintage Patterned Lining
An exceptional antique steamer trunk style suitcase that opens to reveal a stunning contrast between its rugged, heavily aged exterior and a beautifully preserved interior. This piece is packed with genuine historic character, making it ideal for retail display, rustic storage, or unique home decor.
* Beautiful Interior Lining: The inside is fully lined with its original green paper fabric lining, featuring an intricate, repeating geometric starburst/floral pattern. The lining has survived remarkably well for its age.
* Ornate Front Hardware: The front showcases beautiful antique metalwork, including a central rectangular locking plate and two decorative arrow-tip latch plates flanked by structural flip-locks.
* Aged Exterior Patina: The exterior surfaces display a heavily weathered brown and oxidized metal finish, complete with reinforced corner brackets and a heavily wrapped top carry handle.
