Special Terms for the Sale of Alcohol: Only persons over the age of 21 may bid on and/or purchase alcohol sold at auction. Winning bidders will be required to show ID. In accordance with state law (KRS 243.036), quarterly reports will be filed with the ABC disclosing the information of purchasers of alcohol. Moon Auction Group will not ship alcohol.
