Description
The State of Texas requires us to collect sales tax on all taxable items. If you are a reseller OF THE ITEMS YOU ARE BUYING, or you are an organization that is designated as tax-exempt, you MUST provide us the required documentation PRIOR to auction close. This form can be found at:

Any sales tax charged after auction closes WILL NOT be refunded, and you will need to file a refund request with the State Comptroller's Office.
