LOADING EQUIPMENT

Two forklifts will be available at the Jonesboro location during the scheduled removal period to assist with loading palletized and readily accessible items.

Forklift assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is offered solely as a courtesy. Due to the volume of property being removed, buyers should expect delays during peak loading periods.

Buyers are encouraged to provide their own forklifts, skid steers, trailers, loading equipment, rigging equipment, tools, and qualified personnel whenever practical.

Auction staff will make reasonable efforts to assist buyers; however, the availability of loading assistance, equipment, personnel, and specific loading times cannot be guaranteed.

Buyers purchasing large machinery, conveyor systems, structural steel, transformers, switchgear, trailers, or other oversized property should arrange for qualified riggers and appropriate loading equipment.

WAREHOUSE CONDITIONS

The Jonesboro warehouse contains a substantial quantity of industrial equipment, contractor inventory, warehouse automation components, and palletized materials. Inventory is densely stored in certain areas, and some purchased lots may not be immediately accessible.

Removal of some items may require the temporary relocation of adjacent equipment before the purchased property can be safely accessed and loaded. Auction staff will coordinate this process as efficiently as possible.

Buyers should allow sufficient time for removal and remain patient while auction personnel safely coordinate access to purchased assets. Our goal is to serve each buyer as efficiently as possible while maintaining a safe working environment for everyone onsite.
