All items must be removed from the building NO LATER than October 7, 2026. After this date storage fees will begin accruing for merchandise that has not been picked up. After 30 days from auction close items are considered forfeited and are subject to be resold. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for items condition left beyond 30 days. Appointments are required for pickup.
