Directions: From I-69 & Exit# 196 Wadhams Rd. intersection, turn North onto Wadhams Rd., go 3/4 of a mile, turn East onto Lapeer Rd., go approx. 2 miles. Auction location will be on the North side of road. Watch for Online Auction Signs.
REMOVAL: All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled removal dates of that specific auction unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until Rowley Auctions, LLC. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Any items not picked up by scheduled removal dates (for that specific auction), there will be a $3 per day storage fee starting after removal dates. Rowley Auctions, LLC. will hold purchases for 5 business days. After the 5 business days have expired you will forfeit all items of ownership back to seller/consignor. Rowley Auctions, LLC. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated removal period. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and removal of all items purchased without assistance from Rowley Auctions, LLC.
