Auction Information Notice Sign

Pickup Schedule: Friday, Oct 11, 2026: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, Oct 12, 2026: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Sunday, Oct 13, 2026: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. All items must be picked up during the scheduled times listed above unless an alternate date has been agreed to.  Items not picked up will be held for up to 10 days. If no contact is made and/or pickup arrangements are not scheduled within that timeframe, items will be forfeited without refund. Payment Terms: All payments will be processed using the bidder’s card on file following the close of the auction. By registering to bid, you authorize PMK Treasures to charge your card for all purchases made. An invoice will be sent reflecting the finalized balance, including any applicable taxes, buyer’s premiums, and shipping and handling charges. If shipping applies, additional charges may be processed once packaging and carrier costs are determined. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the payment method on file is valid. Tax Exemption Notice: All tax exemption documentation must be submitted before the final hammer bid. If documentation is not received before the close of the auction, the exemption will not be applied to that auction. Please submit all tax exemption certificates to operations@pmktoday.com. Shipping Policy: Shipping charges will be applied to the payment method on file unless arrangements are made in advance. Bidders located outside of a 2-hour radius will automatically have their items shipped unless prior coordination has been made. If you are within a 2-hour radius and would like your items shipped, please notify us as soon as possible. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the bidder. PMK Treasures will utilize the most cost-effective shipping method available and strives to provide prompt and efficient shipping of your items.
