Custom-made 11-inch Hellraiser "Pinhead" cenobite horror movie prop crafted from a modified styrofoam wig/mannequin head. This hand-painted fan art display piece features a gray skin tone base accented with hand-carved grid scars filled with deep red and gold blood detailing, plain white creepy eyes, and real metal structural nails pushed directly into the grid line intersections. Sourced directly from a closed haunted house attraction, this item has been kept in storage for some time, resulting in typical dust buildup, light surface wear, and a weathered look from previous use. Please note that several real metal pins are loose or bent out of shape from storage pressure, and a few minor pinholes or light surface impressions exist within the soft styrofoam structure, which is common for this type of haunt prop material.
