Description
Having been described as “The Best Rifle Made by Winchester Since 1964”, this 9422 represents a return to labor intensive manufacturing processes and 19th century safety mechanisms. The forged and milled receiver is a tank in this rimfire chambering, The internals, lever, hammer and trigger, are not stamped like too many economical models and the walnut stock adds a feel of class and sturdiness. The only safety mechanism is a half cock, just like the original 94s. This example is a 9422M in .22 Win Mag, and sports a 20” barrel. Rifle appears to be in good working order.
