?Please have your Bid Card # ready upon arrival.

?Our staff will retrieve and bring out your auction winnings for you.

?For large or heavy items, pickup may occur at the loading dock (you will be notified upon check-in).
?DO NOT block loading docks of neighboring units. Use designated customer parking only.

?Appointment Rules & Abandonment Policy

?APPOINTMENT ONLY: Pickups are scheduled through our online booking system. Walk-ins are not permitted—no exceptions.

?Always review the specific Auction Details for available pickup days and hours.

?Abandonment:
Items not picked up within the designated window (without pre-approved arrangements) will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.

?Partnered exclusively with PkgPlace for all deliveries.
?After paying your invoice, visit their website to request delivery directly.

?Mandatory On-Site Inspection & Item Acceptance
?Buyers are responsible for inspecting and testing items at our designated pickup/testing area before departure.
?By removing an item from the testing area or leaving the premises, you confirm that you have inspected (or chosen not to inspect) the item and accept it strictly AS-IS.

?You waive all rights to disputes, claims, returns, or adjustments regarding defects, misdescriptions, or missing parts. Once an item leaves the premises, no refunds, credits, or claims will be accepted.
