Description
Scott Goudie, mezzotint, "Adlatok River II", 17" x 41", signed and dated lower right 85, titled and numbered lower left, 2 / 30 (framed).
Goudie is widely recognized for his detailed observations of the Canadian landscape, particularly the distinctive terrain, vegetation, and changing light of Atlantic Canada. In this work, the junipers and surrounding landscape are rendered with a rich range of tonal values, demonstrating the artist’s sensitivity to texture, atmosphere, and the quiet character of the natural environment.
