Vintage Knotty Alder Convertible Dining Table

Vintage rustic dining table, potentially by Fremarc Designs, crafted from knotty alder wood with a substantial plank-style top, mitered grain border, and distinctive wood-inlaid patches along the mitered seams. The table features a warm natural-finish top contrasted by a darker-finished base with heavy turned legs and a low X-stretcher design.

Versatile convertible design measures approximately 42" x 42" square with the drop leaves lowered and expands to approximately 59.25" round diameter when fully opened. An especially nice feature is the folding support system underneath—the drop-leaf supports lock securely beneath the tabletop when not in use rather than hanging down.

Shows vintage rustic character throughout, including knots, grain variation, surface wear, scratches, finish wear, small separations, and other signs of age and use. The intentional wood-inlaid patches add to the handcrafted rustic appearance. Base is noticeably darker in color than the tabletop.
