The Vintage Kenmore Sewing Machine Buttonholer, compatible with models 158.1913 and 158.1941, is fully functional and in great condition. The package includes the buttonhole guide plate, templates #1 and #2, adapter, and drive plate. Carry case is a little weathered with a couple of small cracks.
