IMPORTANT BUYER NOTICE – PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
These vehicles are former fleet vehicles from the Macon County Sheriff’s Department. They are used vehicles and should be expected to show normal wear and tear consistent with age, mileage, prior law-enforcement use, and service history.
The vehicles have been regularly serviced as part of the department’s fleet maintenance program. Maintenance records are available for most vehicles and, when available, have been included in the auction photos. Maintenance records are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a warranty or guarantee of condition.

Please note the following:Some vehicle interiors may need cleaning.
Some vehicles may have missing interior components, including overhead interior light/console trim panels.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual lot description, the vehicles were running and driving when inspected by the auction company.
Many vehicles required a jump-start. No representation or warranty is made regarding the condition or remaining life of any battery.
Air conditioning appeared to be functioning and blowing cold air when checked unless otherwise noted. This observation is not a guarantee of continued operation.
Vehicles may have additional mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or other defects that were not discovered or noted during the auction company's inspection.

All prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to personally inspect the vehicles before bidding.
