Picking Up Or Shipping

Pick-up
- Pick up times are Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm - 5:30 pm. If you cannot make it during these times, please arrange alternative pick up.
- If you are not able to pick up your items, you will have to send us an email to info.ruitotrading@gmail.com to authorize the person picking up on your behalf. We will not release products to anyone other than the name on the invoice, and the authorized person.
***Request needs to be sent within 24 hours after the auction ends. ***
If no request received after maximum 3 days, the invoice will be considered as abandoned. No refund will be issued for any abandoned order.
- By accepting our terms and conditions we have the right to request photo id and credit card.
- Inspect your items before leaving pickup, make sure you have all your items.
- YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE IN OUR WAREHOUSE, WE WILL NOT KEEP ANY ORDER MORE THAN 5 DAYS. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP WITHIN THE TIME, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO INFO.RUITOTRADING@GMAIL.COM.
WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGES.
- Buyer is responsible for pickup of items. Please remember we are assisting in retrieving your items in the warehouse. We cannot help loading your vehicle, please bring extra people with you if you need help loading your vehicle.
- Pick up of the items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
- You must book and appointment to pick up. We will not be able to pick your items if you show up with no appointment. Please do not sign up for more than one open slot, as this will take away the opportunity for other bidders to pick up and will create confusion during pick up.
- To ensure that you have your items ready, and to reduce wait times by 90%, please book your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Due to the limited shelf space, we are only able to hold your items up to 5 days after pick-up week. If an item was not found during pick up, we will contact you to make inform you if we have found the item. If the item is still not found, we will offer a credit/refund.

Shipping
- Request shipping within 3 days. We will ship your item after we received the payment. Shipping link could be found below.
- Shipping requests must be made within 3 days following the auction close. We can not promise that we can ship your items if you placed your shipping request after the 3 days timeline. For fastest shipping, we recommend to place your shipping request after Auction Closed.
-Please note if payment is not received within 3 days after the shipping cost is sent to you, we will abandon all unshipped packages. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGES.
- Registration with Ruito Trading. You must create an account with your own email and password. Once that is created, you are able to place shipping request. You can then view your shipping invoice, and status of the request.
