# ADVENTURE AUCTION & LIQUIDATION
## AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING.**

By registering for and participating in an Adventure Auction & Liquidation auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All bids are binding, and winning bidders are responsible for payment of all items purchased, regardless of whether the items are picked up.

## NEW UPDATE – PAYMENT POLICIES

### CASH BUYERS – SAVE 3%

Customers who pay with cash receive a **3% discount**.

To qualify for this discount, you MUST notify us in advance, before your card is charged, by emailing **AdventureAuctionandLiquidation@gmail.com**.

- The discount applies to cash payments only.
- Venmo, Cash App, and other electronic payment methods do NOT qualify.
- Once your card has been processed, the cash discount cannot be applied retroactively.
- Cash payments must be completed within 3 calendar days of the auction closing.

### DECLINED CARDS & CONTINUED PAYMENT COLLECTION

**IMPORTANT: A DECLINED CARD DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE OR RELEASE YOU FROM YOUR PAYMENT OBLIGATION.**

Immediately following the close of each auction, we will attempt to process the payment card selected during registration.

If your card is declined, fails to process, or has insufficient funds, Adventure Auction & Liquidation reserves the right to continue attempting to collect payment, including retrying the card on file, subject to applicable law and payment processor rules.

**PLEASE UNDERSTAND:**

- If your card declines after the auction closes, we may continue attempting to process the payment until the outstanding balance is paid.
- We may retry the card on file without providing advance notice before each attempt.
- Failure to pick up your items does NOT cancel your purchase or eliminate your obligation to pay.
- Choosing not to pick up your items does NOT prevent us from continuing to attempt to charge your card and collect the balance owed.
- All winning bids are considered binding purchases.
- Items that are abandoned, forfeited, or not picked up remain subject to the payment obligations established at the close of the auction.
- A declined transaction does not automatically cancel or void your invoice.

**PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE AUCTION'S CLOSE.**

Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in your account being reported to HiBid, a negative impact on your Bidder Score, and restrictions or permanent loss of bidding privileges with Adventure Auction & Liquidation or other HiBid auctioneers.

We understand that payment issues occasionally occur. If you experience a problem with your payment method, contact us immediately so arrangements can be discussed.
