Please Read The Terms Before Bidding

BY BIDDING, YOU AS THE BIDDER, ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS LISTED.

Pick-up will be Monday, October 19, 2026 from 12:00pm-5:00pm. There are NO alternate pick-up dates or times. Pick-up location will be 17055 E 1825th Bushnell, IL 61422. Please pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, as there are NO other pick-up times. If you are an out-of-state buyer and are unable to make the scheduled pick-up time, PLEASE call ahead to arrange a pick-up time before bidding on this auction. Scheduled pick-up times will be at the auction company's discretion.

NOTE- If you do not pick up your items during the listed pick-up times, items will be considered forfeited unless you have spoken to, and made alternate arrangements with, the auction company.

ALL BUYERS are required to bring any and all help needed, as well as all packing materials required, to pack and load items. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer does not provide any help or materials to pack and load items. If you need help, please bring help, as all KKA personnel will be locating items for other customers. Loading terms are in place to protect our workers.

PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS

If your items are not picked up during the listed pick-up times, your card on file with HiBid will be charged. There are NO exceptions. If your card cannot be charged at that time (or declines), you may be blocked from bidding on all future auctions. If you do not pick up your items during the pick-up time, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. All items are as is, where is, with no faults. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. There are NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid, you as the bidder are signifying you agree to pay the Bid Price + Buyer's Premium. KKA reserves the right to reject any bids. There is a 15% buyer's premium on all items in this auction, with a cap of $500 per item. Payments may be made by cash or check at the time of pick-up. Credit/debit cards may also be used at the time of pick-up when and where internet access is available to do so.

All charges on credit or debit cards will have an additional 4% transaction fee added to the invoice total + any shipping costs (if applicable).

SHIPPING INFO: If the "NO shipping" icon is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the lot, shipping IS NOT being offered on that lot! Please be aware of this! There is a $7 handling fee assessed to each box
