TERMS & CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ)

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for participating in the Crown Auctions Wayfair Furniture Auction. Please review the following important terms before placing your bid:

* **AS-IS / FINAL SALE:** All items are sold **AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS**. All sales are final; no returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be accepted except as specifically noted below.

* **Inspection:** Our team has made reasonable efforts to identify and match items; however, due to the **volume of inventory and boxed products, not every box can be opened or every component individually inspected**.

* **Condition:** Crown Auctions does not guarantee the **condition, completeness, functionality, or structural integrity** of any item. Items may have damage, wear, defects, or other condition issues.

* **Parts & Accessories:** Missing or incomplete **parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, cushions, or assembly components** are not grounds for a return or refund. Buyers may need to obtain replacement parts or complete assembly.

* **Photographs:** Photos and descriptions are provided for identification and reference. **Stock/manufacturer images may be used and may not reflect the actual condition** of the item.

* **Buyer Responsibility:** Bidders are responsible for reviewing the available listing information and determining whether the item meets their requirements before bidding.

* **Limited Exception – Wrong Item:** The only exception to the final-sale policy is where the item received is **materially and clearly different from the product represented in the auction listing**. Any such claim must be reported promptly upon pickup or delivery and supported by photographs/video if requested.

* **Bid Acceptance:** By placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept these **AS-IS, WHERE-IS** terms and the limitations of inspection described above.

If you are not comfortable purchasing under these conditions, **please do not bid**.

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing **Crown Auctions**.

Kind regards,
CROWN AUCTIONS
