Payments:
Automatic Charges: Charges are automatically applied to your card on file post-auction, including a 15% buyer's premium and sales tax. Confirmation and invoice will be emailed from cswheeling@atxauctions.com
Cash Payments: To pay in cash, contact us before the auction closes at cswheeling@atxauctions.com. Cash accepted during designated pick-up times.

Pickups and Shipping:

You can collect your items Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please note, any items not collected within 7-days will be disposed of without a refund, unless prior arrangements are made. Item Conditions:
Items are inspected and tested where possible. Condition reports are in the second photo of each listing.

Returns and Refunds:

Guarantee: 10-day guarantee against misrepresentation or defects post-auction.
Auction Remorse: Returns or refunds are not accepted unless items are misrepresented or
defective.
Communications:

We send only essential reminders and notifications.
Opting Out: Reply STOP to cease messages or unsubscribe as needed.
