24-Inch Spirit Levels

This lot features two spirit levels, each measuring 24 inches in length. The first is an aluminum box-beam level with red plastic vial housings and end caps. It contains three spirit vials to determine horizontal, vertical, and 45-degree alignment. The top face of the level includes an integrated ruler with both imperial and metric scales, measuring up to 24 inches and 60 centimeters. The second item is a heavy-duty vintage I-beam level made of cast metal, featuring two oval hand-hold cutouts in the frame. It is equipped with three spirit vials, including a central horizontal vial and two end-mounted vertical vials held by screw-retained plates. The metal body is stamped with the mark MADE IN ENGLAND on one end. Length: 24 inches Base width: 2 inches. Condition: The aluminum box-beam level shows surface scratches and minor black residue on the plastic end caps. The vintage cast metal level exhibits heavy wear, including surface oxidation, pitting, and soil. The mounting screws for the vials on the vintage level show rust.
