A vintage kerosene or oil lamp featuring a clear glass font with a decorative textured waffle or hobnail pattern, finished with a red-stained circular foot. The lamp is equipped with a brass burner assembly and a clear glass chimney featuring a beaded upper rim. The assembly is held within a metal bracket designed for wall mounting, which incorporates a circular disc reflector and a wire loop carrying handle at the top. The burner thumbwheel is embossed with characters, though they are not clearly legible. Dimensions: H approx. 34.5 cm. Condition: The glass font and chimney appear in good condition with no visible chips or cracks. The brass burner shows a strip of red adhesive tape or residue across the dome. The metal wall bracket and reflector exhibit surface oxidation, tarnish, and signs of wear consistent with age. The burner includes a length of wick; the functional status of the mechanism has not been tested.
