Vintage Noir Leather salesman sample display board by Keith Howarth, St. Clair Shores, MI. Features dozens of hand-painted geometric leather earrings in round and oval shapes. Includes original handwritten pricing and detail signs on a black velvet backing. Shows minor wear to velvet and some missing earring samples.
