S&H Systems, Inc. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Asset Liquidation – Phase II is an online-only auction.
Bidding begins closing Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid on each lot.
All bids and sales are subject to approval by the Chapter 7 Trustee and any other required approvals.
All auction assets are located at 5904 Krueger Drive, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.
Preview is Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
In-person inspection is strongly encouraged.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Buyers must verify each lot’s contents, quantity, condition, specifications, and suitability before bidding.
SPECIAL LOADING REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
LOT 999 AND LOTS 1200–1242 REQUIRE BUYERS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN RIGGING AND LOADING EQUIPMENT AND LABOR TO RIG AND REMOVE THEIR PURCHASES.
Auction staff will assist with loading Lots 1000–1250 only. Forklifts will be on site to assist with loading Lots 1000–1242 only. The buyer’s responsibility to provide required equipment and labor for Lot 999 and Lots 1200–1242 remains in effect even when staff or forklift assistance is available.
All purchases must be paid for and removed by Friday, October 30, 2026. The new owners take possession of the real estate on November 1, and Wooley Auctioneers will lose access after the removal period. Unpaid or unremoved property remaining after the deadline will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without notice.
