Description
This is a US Army Marksman qualification badge with a "Grenade" qualification bar. The badge is awarded to military personnel who achieve a basic level of proficiency with a specific weapon.
The primary badge is a cross pattée design, and the attached bar indicates the specific weapon the individual qualified with. The "Marksman" grade is the lowest of the three qualification levels (Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert). These badges are made in the USA to official Army specifications and are approved for wear on dress uniforms.
